Ya..that was pretty embarassing…thats what I get for wearing 5 inch wedges after a couple afternoon delights. Love your comment about the Hatch sauce as substitute for homemade. A friend of mine from New Mexico turned me on to it. Definitley best sauce in a can. I use it all the time.

Today I am making chicken corn and black bean enchilada casserole using Hatch Green Chile sauce.
